since it is my blog. i write anything i want. hah...

used to go out with Don in JC. then had a badly complicated misunderstanding after my 18th birthday. we only started talking this year. pride pride pride.

life lately has been stressful. very sick and tired of thai historiography, especially the point about revisionist approach about the pre-1932 and immediate period after the fall of the absolute monarchy. what does Revisionist approach means? then what is historical materialism?

marxism in thai historical studies. leftist intelligentsia. socialist inclinations are defined as something of an alien sources therefore is un-thai and hence gives the military regime to oust those with communist or marxist tendencies? the viewing of thai social formation in terms of class struggles and means of economic productions. how applicable is that to thailand's context? why the name change from Siam to Thailand? why did the thai monarchy support the 14 Oct 76 violence against the students at TU? and why wasn't there a coup to follow? is the monarchy really a seperate entity from politics?

sigh... very tiring... mind boggling in every sense of the word.
quite glad that i have Don to explain to me. albeit very simplistically.
he feels that i haven't been listening closely to Peleggi.
and on the contrary, Peleggi speaks clear English. *wide eyed shock*

i can't believe this... lousy electronics these day...even with warranty's pretty useless.
my mobile's radio spoilt. my house has no Hi-Fi set. time to get one...
i am thinking of getting a mini Hi-Fi but not expensive one of course. jus can play radio n CD.
my house is deafeningly quiet! i need some music. add in a new couch, new table and a new lamp.

talked to Jared on the phone today. it's been so long since we last caught up! miss that punk!
he applied to pilot school. he's 2 weeks away from BMT passing out parade.
hope he does well. i pray that promotions would go smoothly for him =)
he's blessed with luck. he sails through everything smoothly without too much efforts. envious!
maybe it's him. he's the world number one optimists cum slacker... it's the attitude.

ohh... he recently broke up with a girl. he didn't tell me that he got attached either. lasted 3mths.
that's just us to not say anything too explicit about our personal relationship =P
ended up comapring our weight. he's now 58kg. but still looks as thin as always.
he rather have fats than mass increment. coz fats are visible.
it's more likely that he's got parasites in his disgestive tract.
eh... can't wait to go shopping and movie with that young punk!

he wants to further his studies in banking and finance coz it makes big money (or so he believes)
his mum is sending him overseas. they're rich so it's alright.
we both agreed that if Jared goes abroad, he would end up skipping class, sleeping lots, driving out to faraway places to sightsee, booze and party out every night, smoke pot and dine well.
admire babelicious girls, spend the long afternoons lazing... or stay in bed coz he's ill...
by the end of 4 years, still not graduate with a degree.
back to square one but had a hell of a fabulous time abroad. a long vacation. congrats!

why do some people mug so hard while some have it easy?
but i love my life. live the way i want it.
